On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the birth and the 50th anniversary of the death of Miloš Vušković, one of the most important Montenegrin artists of the 20th century, the National Museum of Montenegro is organizing a creative workshop for children entitled “Faces of Our Traits”.

The workshop is dedicated to exploring caricature as a unique form of artistic expression. Through a playful and imaginative approach, children will have the opportunity to learn about this medium while humorously discovering their own strengths and weaknesses.

The workshop program includes:

• a guided tour of the Art Museum with special emphasis on the works of Miloš Vušković,

• an introduction to the history and significance of caricature,

• a practical session – drawing a caricature self-portrait or a portrait of a peer.

• Venue: Montenegrin Gallery of Arts “Miodrag Dado Đurić”

• Date and time: August 28, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.

• Age group: 8–15 years

• Admission is free, but the number of participants is limited.

All materials will be provided. The workshop will be led by the museum educators of the National Museum of Montenegro.
